Important information:

• The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• We are not responsible if the gift card's expiration falls on days when we are closed or during holidays.
• The cardholder is responsible for booking and visiting us before the expiration date. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
• BUT life happens! That´s why in case of illnesses or any obstacles you have chance to rebook your visit, but only once and with the ability to use the gift card within the validity period.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The cardholder is responsible if the gift card is lost; it will not be replaced.

Payment for Your Gift Card:

By Swish: Transfer funds to 123 163 23 63, and specify with "Gift card" in the message field.

Once payment is processed, we will send a confirmation via SMS, containing a printable card and a code for booking the experience. Confirmations may take up to 24 hours, as they are handled manually, but we aim to expedite the process.

When booking, kindly provide the gift card number in the message field.
